  • Does the mug have thermal insulation?
    Wood itself is a great thermal insulator, keeping drinks cold longer than ordinary glass, plastic or metal containers.
  • What material is used for waterproofing?
    Epoxy resin.
  • Is the resin toxic?
    No, after the resin curing (hardening) reaction, it becomes inert and does not release by-products. Similar materials are used in the food industry as a coating, including the inside of aluminum beverage cans.
  • Can I use it for hot and cold drinks?
    We do not recommend the use of hot drinks, as it can damage the material used to waterproof the mug.
  • How to sanitize?
    Wash with water and neutral detergent, use a soft sponge (do not use the green part) and dry with a dry cloth.
  • Does the wood of the mug pass taste to the drink?
    No, the resin coating insulates the wood and the coating itself has no taste or smell.
  • How to store?
    Whenever you use it, wash and dry the mug well. Store in a dry, well-ventilated place, away from sunlight and away from very high temperatures (such as inside a car).
  • Can I customize?
    Yes, you can. There is an additional value for customization, value varies according to the requested design. Consult us.
  • Where is the office? Can I visit?
    Our workshop is located in Carambeí, PR. At the moment due to the Covid-19 pandemic it is not open for visitation.
  • Do you have a physical store?
    No, only virtual. Sales are made through the website, Instagram and Whatsapp: 41 98852-6456
  • Do they teach courses?
    We do not minister.
  • What is the production lead time?
    Production time varies according to the quantity of mugs in each order. On average we ask for a period of 15 days for production, and it can be sent earlier. Wholesale orders over 15 units ask for longer terms that are negotiated and informed before closing.
  • What are the paying ways?
    Bank deposit, Pix, cash, bank slip and credit card (payment available with interest).
  • What are the shipping methods?
    We work with Correios (Pac and Sedex). TNT Transportes, Jadlog, Azul Cargo and Latam Cargo. Available only by Correios for shipping on the website. For quote simulation with carriers, please contact us by Whatsapp: 41 98852-6456
  • Cancellations and exchanges policies
    Custom mugs are non-refundable. There will only be an exchange if the product arrives damaged, either due to a manufacturing defect or damage caused during transport. Non-personalized mugs may be exchanged or returned with freight at the expense of the buyer (valid for a period of 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product).   • Can I freeze the mug
    No, low temperatures can damage the resin and with that, leaks can occur in the mug.
